Our latest project brings a new level of intelligent luxury to a premium property in the heart of London, creating a home that is as intuitive as it is beautiful. At the core of the home is a unified Jung KNX system, which acts as the central nervous system for the property’s primary environment. We used this infrastructure to orchestrate a sophisticated lighting control system, moving away from traditional switches in favour of fluid, programmed scenes. Crucially, this setup eliminates the common problem of “wall acne”—the unsightly clutter of separate thermostats, fan controllers, and light switches fighting for wall space. Instead, bespoke Jung KNX keypads handle both the lighting and the HVAC controls from a single, elegant point of interaction in each room. With a single touch, the homeowners can alter the ambience of a space, shifting the mood from a bright daytime setting to an intimate evening environment, while the same keypad subtly adjusts the climate.

This level of integration extends directly to the automated blinds, which glide with whisper-quiet precision to balance natural light, manage solar gain, and provide instant privacy from the city outside. Behind the scenes, the HVAC system works in perfect harmony across these independent, clutter-free zones, keeping heating, cooling, and ventilation perfectly balanced without a single bulky thermostat in sight.

To support the heavy data demands of a modern luxury lifestyle, we deployed a commercial-grade network and enterprise-level Wi-Fi system to ensure seamless, high-speed connectivity from corner to corner. This robust network serves as the foundation for a premium multi-room audio system, which delivers high-fidelity sound invisibly throughout the house, giving the owners the flexibility to stream synchronised music everywhere or play completely different tracks in individual rooms. The entertainment experience extends seamlessly into the property’s outdoor space, where a Sonance landscape speaker system was meticulously positioned. These premium, weather-resistant speakers blend entirely into the garden surroundings, delivering perfectly balanced, high-performance audio across the terrace without compromising the property’s exterior design.

Security was naturally a top priority for this urban sanctuary. We protected the property with a comprehensive, high-definition CCTV network alongside an intelligent door entry system. This setup gives the homeowners total peace of mind and complete oversight of their property, allowing them to verify guests and manage secure deliveries with absolute confidence, whether they are relaxing inside or travelling abroad.
